EAST WIND

I am Pablo Domínguez Garcés, a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the commissioning, tuning, and testing of gas turbines, as well as in managing operations and maintenance of combined cycle power plants and their personnel. Since 2017, I have worked as freelancer, delivering specialized solutions in highly demanding technical environments worldwide.

I have focused my career on specializing in the commissioning of gas turbines, their components, and auxiliary systems, in different countries and under diverse regulatory frameworks. This specialization allows me to optimize schedules, minimize errors, and provide critical insight throughout all phases of a project.

I studied at the University of Cádiz, with international placements in France (where I completed my final degree project in French). In addition, I received specialized technical training in power plants and gas turbine commissioning in Switzerland from Alstom Power. This combination of technical education, international experience, and hands-on fieldwork forms the foundation of everything we do at East Wind.
